This week-long, intensive music summit is designed for aspiring trombone students prior to university level. ITS features teaching from some of the most renowned trombonists around the globe. Students experience solo instruction, chamber music coaching and larger ensemble collaboration as they prepare for and attend performances throughout the week. Tuition includes meals, overnight lodging in cabins, access to facilities and summit t-shirt. Check in from 3-5PM on Sunday, June 16th with Opening Ceremonies from 5-7PM. Finale Concert and check out Friday, June 21st, 2024.

This week-long, intensive music summit is tailored for musicians at the university level and beyond. ITS features teaching from some of the most renowned trombonists around the globe. Students experience solo instruction, chamber music coaching and larger ensemble collaboration as they prepare for and attend performances throughout the week. Check in 3PM-5PM, Sunday, June 16th, 2024 with Opening Ceremonies 5PM-7PM. Check out Saturday morning, June 22nd, 2024 before 10AM. The cost of tuition includes meals (Sunday dinner-Saturday breakfast), overnight lodging in cabins, access to facilities and summit t-shirt.
Participants in this division submit an application and a sample of their performance ability. Instructors will use this video recording to award scholarships and form chamber groups. Following the close of the application window, the artistic committee will award scholarships and send each student a link to register for the International Trombone Summit.
