Frances Fox Scholarship
Full Scholarship | Available to Female Applicants
This scholarship is given in honor of Frances Fox, a talented musician and educator. She was the first female trombonist to graduate from the Easton School of Music. Mrs. Fox played in the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, performed independent gigs, and taught music lessons. She moved to Maryland, where she served as Parkland Middle School's Director of Bands for over thirty years. She kept a vibrant freelance career while teaching a robust studio that excelled in regional and state band auditions.
